Morgan Riddle, Taylor Fritz's girlfriend, reacted in delight to the American's title win at the 2023 Delray Beach Open. Taylor Fritz won the ATP 250 event on Sunday, February 19, defeating Serbia's Miomir Kecmanovic 6-0, 5-7, 6-2 and securing himself a future World No. 5 spot.
Fritz, who is already at a career-high No. 7 in the world rankings, will break into the top five on February 27, becoming the first American to do so since former World No. 1 Andy Roddick. With this victory, the 25-year-old won his fourth ATP final in a row and improved to 5-5 in tour championship singles matches overall.
In view of this, his girlfriend Morgan Riddle, a social media influencer, took to Instagram to congratulate her boyfriend, writing:

Fritz and Riddle started dating in 2020 and have been in a happy relationship ever since. They were also seen together on Netflix's new docuseries, 'Break Point,' which followed Fritz and other top tennis players while they competed on tour last year.

Speaking after the Delray Beach Open title win, Taylor Fritz stated that being an American playing in a home event made him "proud" and that the support from the fans in the stands was "incredible."
"My first time back here in quite a while and the event was amazing," Fritz said, adding, "The fans especially, the turnout was incredible and it makes me really proud to be an American playing at a home event, with how many people were in the stands."
The World No. 7 further added that winning the title after losing in the first and second rounds almost every year he played there before was "incredible," and that he couldn't be "happier" with the outcome.
"This year was incredible after losing in the first and second round [almost] every single year I'd been here. I couldn't be happier with coming back and having this result," Fritz said.
It was Taylor Fritz's sixth appearance in the ATP 250 tournament, having last competed in 2020. He became the first player to win the Delray Beach Open while ranked among the top 10 in the world.
Additionally, the California native became the third top seed in the history of the Delray Beach Open to win the title. It was also his first time winning a tournament as the top seed.
