Venus and Serena Williams reverted back to their childhood antics as they engaged in playful banter while enjoying a visit to their mother Oracene Price's house.

On Saturday, April 1, Serena and Venus Williams made their way to their mother's house for some quality time as a family. Venus Williams shared a glimpse into the way the three women were choosing to spend their time together. She posted a clip of them watching 'The Lost World: Jurassic Park' as a funny scene in the movie caused all of them to erupt into uproarious laughter.

"Saturdays at moms house. You can't make this up. Wait for it," she captioned the clip on her Instagram story.

The seven-time Grand Slam champion gave a peek into their meal for the day. While the pair's mother baked the bread, she made the soup for the meal.

"Moms made the bread. I made the soup. @pillsbury made the biscuits," she posted.

Serena Williams also shared her experience of the day as she posted a clip of herself ratting out Venus Williams to their mother for making a mess on her couch. She jokingly advocated for her sister to receive the appropriate punishment from their mother.

"Venus made a mess on your couch, you should punish her," the 23-time Grand Slam champion said.
"still snitching at mom's house," she captioned her Instagram story.

In reply, Venus Williams asked her younger sister to "please grow up."

"It just won't stop....@serenawilliams please grow up....," the 42-year-old replied.

In honor of Women's History Month, Boston Celtics superstar Jayson Tatum shared his appreciation for Williams. When asked which female athlete he considered an inspiration, Tatum was quick to name the American icon.

“For me, it has to be Serena Williams, not being the biggest tennis fan but understanding the sustained level of greatness that she has had for decades,” he said.

The 25-year-old acknowledged the former World No. 1 as the 'GOAT' of tennis and lauded her for being an inspiration to women, men and children alike.

“Being essentially the GOAT and understanding her background story and how she has inspired so many people, adults, kids, women, men, everybody. She deserves all the praise and flowers that she gets,” he added.

Serena Williams ended her professional career in September 2022 with a closely contested third-round defeat to Ajla Tomljanovic at the US Open, finishing with an Open Era record 23 Grand Slams to her name.
