Serena Williams recently unveiled her new collection with Nike created by the Serena Williams Design Crew.

In 2019, the American partnered with Nike to establish the Serena Williams Design Crew, also known as the SWDC. The collaboration had Nike select 10 up-and-coming designers from underrepresented backgrounds who would create a new era where diverse perspectives are celebrated and empowered. Their goal was to create a new collection of streetwear, footwear and performance gear for Nike inspired by Williams.

The seven-time Wimbledon champion has revealed the SWDC's new collection with Nike on social media. The clip shows the 23 time Grand Slam champion strutting down a path as she transitions from one outfit to the other. She asked her fans for their opinions on their favorite look from the new collection.

"Runway, but make it Serena Williams Design Crew x @nike. What’s your favorite look from the new collection?," Williams captioned the post.

Williams also shared her appreciation for the designers of the new collection. She shared how SWDC hand-selects up-and-coming designers every year to provide fresh takes from their own cultural viewpoint.

"Made for the dreamers, by the dreamers. Each year, we hand-select up-and-coming designers to bring fresh new takes from their own cultural lens," she wrote.

Patrick Mouratoglou believes that Serena Williams has cemented her status as the GOAT of women's tennis. Mouratoglou, who coached Williams from 2012 to 2022, holds the belief that no female player will be able to surpass Williams' accomplishments in the sport.

The Frenchman declared the past decade as the era of GOAT's and listed several athletes from various sports who merit the title.Alongside Williams, he mentioned Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic, along with other star athletes such as LeBron James, Tiger Woods, and Lewis Hamilton.

When Eurosport sought fans' opinions on who they considered as the GOATs and included Mouratoglou's quote, he further stated that Williams was the clear and undisputed best player in women's tennis history. However, the Frenchman stated that the men's GOAT is yet to be decided.

Mouratoglou was asked how all three of Federer, Nadal and Djokovic could be considered the GOAT. He replied that they were the three best players in history and that the coming years will define one of them as the undisputed GOAT.

"They are undoubtedly the three best players in the history, even though next years will probably define one of the three as the only GOAT," Mouratoglou wrote on Twitter.
