One semifinal at Indian Wells and two quarterfinals represent a less-than-satisfactory return after her heroics in Australia, so she will be looking at the new HSBC championships at Queen's Club as an opportunity to get back on track before Wimbledon.
Tatjana Maria is ranked No. 86 and has been a revelation at the Queen's tournament. She beat sixth seed Karolina Muchova in three sets to set up her quarterfinal against Elena Rybakina, the fourth seed.
