On June 10, 2025, just hours after his official military discharge, BTS Taehyung delighted fans by joining RM for a Weverse Live broadcast. The two greeted ARMY (the group's fandom) from a room decorated with balloons and cake. This was their first official interaction with fans, following 18 months of service.
During the live session, both reflected on how their time in the military had shaped them. One particular comment from Taehyung stood out in particular. He shared that his MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) had changed during enlistment to ENTP.

BTS’ Taehyung completes military service as RM and V mark milestone with fans; group’s full reunion nears
Earlier on June 10, Taehyung and RM officially completed their military service. The duo met with fans and media at Sports Park in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province. They were greeted with cheers, balloons, and warm applause from the media and company officials.
RM served in the 15th Division’s military band. He played the saxophone at his discharge. V, a member of the elite Special Duty Team (SDT) under the 2nd Corps Military Police Unit, arrived with flowers and a bright smile.
During the ceremony, the two offered salutes and reflected on their service. As posted by X user, @taeguide, Taehyung shared that the experience had led to significant personal growth and a renewed sense of purpose. Throughout his time in the military, Taehyung built a strong bond with fellow soldiers, who honored him with a memorable Viper chant send-off on the day of his discharge.
Now that RM and V are back, BTS’ highly anticipated full-group reunion is approaching quickly. Jimin and Jungkook are set to complete their service tomorrow, June 11. SUGA will be following up later this month on June 21. The group’s 12th debut anniversary celebration, BTS FESTA 2025, will be held June 13-14 at KINTEX in Goyang.
