On Friday, June 13, BTS' Jungkook, Jimin, and other band members attended j-hope's final Hope On The Stage tour, which was held at the Goyang Stadium in Seoul, South Korea. During the same time, j-hope performed his latest single, Killin' It Girl feat. GloRilla, along with his regular setlist for the Hope On The Stage.
The song was released on June 13, and many fans were initially intrigued by the chemistry j-hope shared with a female dancer in the music video. Meanwhile, his fellow members, Jungkook and Jimin, who were in the audience during the song's live performance, could not help but mock the idol at the time.
Towards the end of the performance, a female dancer comes closer to j-hope and looks him in the eye while lifting the idol's head up with one finger. Upon seeing this moment, Jungkook and Jimin immediately recreated it. When pictures and videos of this recreation landed on the internet, fans found it quite hilarious. Following his return from military in October 2024, BTS' j-hope slowly began to resume his activities in the industry. The same month, he threw the first pitch at the second game of the 2024 Korea Game Series between KIA Tigers and Samsung Lions. In November, he attended the grand opening ceremony for Audemars Piguet AP House Flagship in Seoul.
Soon, the idol announced his solo world tour, Hope On The Stage, and kickstarted the tour on February 28, 2025. During his tour, he played several of his famous solo tracks such as Airplane, HangSang, Base Line, Arson, Future, and more.

He also rolled out a collaborative track with Don Toliver called LV BAG, a song produced by Pharrel Willams as part of the soundtrack for the Louis Vuitton men's fall 2025 show in Paris.
