One of the recent witnesses taking the stand to testify against Diddy in his ongoing s*x trafficking and racketeering trial is his ex-girlfriend. The witness identified herself with the pseudonym 'Jane'.
On June 10, 2025, a Joe Budden fan page posted a clip from DJ Akademiks' recent livestream wherein the streamer read excerpts of Jane Doe's testimony posted by Inner City Press. One of the excerpts mentioned that Jane complimented the girlfriend of another rapper without naming the individuals.
At that point, prosecutor Maurene Comey asked Jane if the rapper was an old friend, to which she replied affirmatively. She added that she spotted the rapper and his girlfriend at a party in Las Vegas where they went to a strip club, and she recognized a s*x worker called Anton.

Reacting to the same and speculating if Jane Doe was trying to implicate another rapper, DJ Akademiks said:
"Is she implicating another rapper having their own freak-off? Chat, am I tripping? So, she's only seen Anton at this one night with another rapper and that rapper's girlfriend."
Further, Inner Press Circle's excerpt mentioned that Jane confessed to her friendship with the unnamed rapper being platonic. However, she added that Anton was having s*x in a hotel room with a woman and that the rapper and his girlfriend were there and "there was flirting."
"She (Jane) said she's seen Anton only one time outside of when she's doing her freak-offs with Diddy... She said she's seen him once in Las Vegas with a rapper and that rapper's girlfriend."
Additionally, Akademiks mentioned that he would've given it up if he had known industry secrets of this kind. Another excerpt of Jane Doe referring to the rapper and his girlfriend without mentioning the names of either was taken in the context of Diddy asking her about the "mutual friend."

Jane Doe details alleged physical altercation with Sean "Diddy" Combs
According to a report by NBC News dated June 10, 2025, Jane Doe testified that Diddy paid her rent and continues to do so. Additionally, she is one of the four accusers mentioned in the government's indictment, claiming that Sean Combs ran a criminal enterprise in his business empire and exploited women by offering financial support.
Additionally, as per ABC's account of Jane Doe's testimony, she recalled an instance from May 2024 when Diddy took to Instagram to talk about becoming a "better man." This was right around the time CNN released a surveillance video showing the rapper physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, at an L.A. hotel.
Jane said that she next saw Sean Combs in June 2024, dubbing it a "very terrible day." The witness mentioned that she confronted Combs about a woman he reportedly went on a trip with, calling him a "p*dophile". Next, Jane Doe claimed to have thrown candles on Diddy and gone into her bedroom, the door of which was kicked open by the rapper.
She alleged that the rapper also kicked her bathroom door "off the hinges." The witness claimed that Sean Combs kicked her on "the back of my thigh," resulting in a fall. Jane Doe added that Diddy put her "in a chokehold on the ground, and I couldn’t breathe."
Jane Doe added that Combs reportedly kicked and punched her while she was balled up on the ground in the backyard. She claimed that the rapper grabbed her by the arm and hair and dragged her toward the house.
Diddy is currently undergoing trial on charges of transportation to engage in prostitution, s*x trafficking, and racketeering. While the rapper has pleaded not guilty to all counts, a series of witness testimonies have made headlines for their controversial nature in this case.
