A former girlfriend of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, under the pseudonym “Jane,” returned to the NYC court stand today, June 9, 2025. According to NBC News, she is one of four accusers in the government’s indictment that alleges that the rapper ran his business empire as a criminal enterprise.
Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Jane, as per CNN, read the alleged text messages between her and the musician, with whom she was in a relationship from 2021 to 2024. During her third testimony, the rapper’s former partner mentioned that she didn't want to feel "obligated" to participate in the “freakoffs”.
In a message that Jane sent Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in September 2023, she said,
“I don’t want to play this role in your life anymore. It’s dark, sleazy, and makes me feel disgusted with myself. I feel it’s the only reason you have me around and why you pay for the house. I don’t want to feel obligated to perform these nights with you in fear of losing the roof over my head. I don’t want to keep feeling like that anymore.”

Diddy’s ex-girlfriend also texted the rapper that she didn’t want to be used and perform his “fantasies”. Meanwhile, in another message, as per CNN, Jane texted the 55-year-old rapper that she felt “disrespected” and expressed her refusal to a “hotel binge” that the rapper had asked for.
“I don’t want to be used and locked in a room to perform and fulfill your fantasies… Coming to the realization of what this really is,” the witness said in court.
Meanwhile, as per the news outlet, Diddy responded to Jane’s refusal by saying that he is “tired of” the false accusations that she is making against him. She further testified that she felt indebted to engage in the “hotel nights” as the rapper would pay the rent for her new home.
“I felt like he had made such a big purchase, and I felt that this was something I had to do in return to make him feel okay about that,” Jane further testified.
Jane’s allegations against Diddy explored
Jane testified in the court last week about her encounters with other male sex partners under the influence of drugs during the alleged “hotel nights” or “freakoffs.” She also testified that Combs would pay her rent and continues to do so under a “love contract” that the two made back in March 2023.
According to the BBC News, during her testimonies last week on Thursday and Friday, Jane also revealed how she was jealous of Diddy’s relationships with other women. Jane confirmed that she used drugs during “freakoffs”. She also testified that she had often observed Diddy’s employees carrying out drug transportation for him.
Notably, Jane was in a relationship with the musician until he got arrested in September 2024. The witness again stood today in front of Judge Arun Subramanian and the jury. Although she is reported to finish her direct examination today, she will likely be on the stand for several days.
Meanwhile, Sean Combs has pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. If convicted on all counts, the rapper could face up to life in prison.
