Drake's Toronto mansion seemingly got flooded as per the photos that he shared on social media last year
According to TMZ, photos of Drake's fancy mansion in Toronto surfaced on social media last year. The severe weather in Toronto in July 2024 reportedly impacted the massive mansion. As per the footage that the rapper posted at the time, a brown liquid could be seen in his walk-in closet. The rapper, however, seemed to have a positive attitude towards the situation.
TMZ reported that Drizzy could be heard saying:
"This better be Espresso Martini."
The footage apparently showed one of his staff members trying to deal with the messy situation to protect his wardrobe. Meanwhile, Drizzy was seen holding a broom that did not seem to be doing much in the situation.
Drizzy's mansion in Toronto had reportedly been going through a lot since last year. Before this flood situation, the rapper witnessed an apparent drive-by shooting amid his beef with Kendrick Lamar in 2024. According to TMZ, the massive mansion spread across 50,000 sq. ft and cost about $100 million.
The Root reported that the mansion, which is known as "The Embassy," was completed in 2020. As per the outlet, the extravaganza of the property could be witnessed from the very entrance itself. Apart from the bedroom and bathroom, the property has some interesting features.
The features of the mansion further included a toy room, a jersey hallway, a shoe room, a studio, and an NBA-sized court. An infinity pool decorated with purple lights added to the fanciness of the mansion of the Canadian rapper.
Drake's latest post showing off his wardrobe has garnered massive attention from his fans, who seemed to be quite overwhelmed with the rapper's huge collection of clothes.
