A clip of streamer Adin Ross talking about Drake on a livestream has surfaced on social media platforms on June 6, 2025. In the clip uploaded by NFR Podcast from their official X account, Ross was seen talking about the Canadian rapper's much-anticipated album. Ross praised the work and claimed that the rapper had finished the project.

In the clip, the streamer first said that he couldn't reveal much about the upcoming project but that it was "amazing." Adin Ross continued:

"The new album is... gonna be really good. I think it's very, very, very, very, very, very important album for Drake's career."

Meanwhile, netizens also noticed this clip and began reacting to the upcoming album. The clip has already garnered more than 290K views as well as over 4,200 likes within less than 24 hours since it made it online.

One user wrote on X:

"SOLO ALBUM. NO INDUSTRY SUPPORT. EVERYONE AGAINST HIM. THIS ALBUM IS GOING TO BE GENERATIONAL MAN."

Fans continued to share their excitement for the upcoming album.

"Iceman Season, tell the opps they aren't ready," another user tweeted

While many fans seemed excited about the upcoming projects, a lot of netizens criticized the same.

While Adin Ross claimed that Drizzy was done working on the album, no such official confirmation had been received from the rapper's end as of now.

Fans speculated that Drake's upcoming album would be called Iceman

According to reports by Capital Xtra, fans had speculated that the much-anticipated album by Drake would be called Iceman. As per the outlet, the rapper had dropped some hints on social media that led to fans' speculations about the title of the album.

In April 2025, in a Kick livestream of Adin Ross, Drake confirmed that he was working on a new album at the time.

No additional details have been revealed about this upcoming project. Drizzy, however, posted photos of two celebrities, one of whom had the nickname "Iceman." The one with the same nickname was Formula 1 racer Kimi Räikkönen. The second photo was reportedly of Val Kilmer, who played the character of "Iceman" in the movie Top Gun.

According to Capital Xtra, the rapper also uploaded several ice-related photos, which further fueled the rumors. These references primarily made fans believe that the album was possibly named Iceman.

If Drake actually drops a solo album this year, it will be his first one since the sensational beef with Kendrick Lamar last year. Earlier this year in February, he dropped a collaborative album titled $ome $exy $ongs 4 U with PartyNextDoor.
