Singer Chris Brown recently revealed his technique to prevent isolation and help his mental health amid his "Breezy Brown XX" stadium world tour in Europe. The singer's ongoing tour to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his self-titled debut album kicked off in Amsterdam on June 8, weeks after he was arrested in the UK for an alleged assault incident in 2023. Brown was later released on a $6.7 million bail on May 21.
On June 10, 2025, Chris Brown took to Instagram to post two pictures of himself taking a nighttime stroll. In the caption, he wrote that he liked to "sneak out" by himself at night and tour the cities he was staying in, adding that this helped keep him grounded and protected his mental health.
He continued that this method helped him stave off isolation and provided the privacy he needed to walk around a city, something he couldn't afford to do in broad daylight.
"Fun fact: I like to sneak out by myself when I’m in different cities. It helps me feel human and normal. That’s really important for my mental due to the fact that I just can’t walk around freely during the day. Keeps me grounded. Being secluded from some parts of everyday life activities will drive you insane being isolated all the time. Cook, remain humble and grateful!" he wrote.
It is unclear where the pictures were taken. However, it is presumed to either be in Amsterdam, where he finished a concert, or in Hamburg, where his next show is scheduled.
