Livingston Allen aka DJ Akademiks recently discussed how Sean “Diddy” Combs can regain his image in the public eye following the slew of assault lawsuits against him, and the release of the 2016 surveillance footage where he was caught beating Cassie.

During his May 24 Off the Records podcast where Lamar Odom joined as a guest, Allen spoke about Diddy’s possible options to recover from the situation and not get canceled.

However, netizens quickly pointed out the streamer’s own legal troubles. Commenting under a clip from the podcast shared on Hollywood Unlocked’s Instagram feed, one user wrote that Allen first needs to beat the s*xual assault allegation he recently faced.

DJ Akademiks explores Diddy's options to get out of current situation amid his own Fauziya Abashe lawsuit

The controversy surrounding Diddy began last year in November, when his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of multiple s*x offenses. Soon after, several others came forward with similar allegations against the Bad Boy Records founder, resulting in eight SA lawsuits to date.

Amidst the lawsuits, a shocking video of Diddy physically assaulting Cassie has left everyone appalled. Although the music mogul denied the allegations when the case was filed last year, he issued an apology after the surveillance footage was released. He admitted to having committed the physical assault.

However, it is to be noted that Diddy did not address the s*xual abuse allegations in his apology video.

DJ Akademiks, who closely follows ongoing events and affairs in the Hip Hop community, often spoke about Diddy's lawsuits during his livestreams and podcasts. However, the streamer was also recently sued by his alleged former girlfriend Fauziya Abashe.

Akademiks was accused of r*pe, emotional distress, and defamation. But he denied the accusations. On his May 24 podcast, the 33-year-old suggested Diddy has three possible options to get out of his current situation. He said the record executive should either come clean to the world about his s*xuality or confess:

"That really, he always identified as a woman."

DJ Akademiks continued:

"Second way is to say that he had mental health issues…and he’s been seeking therapy."

As the third option, he added:

"The Last way is to say he apologizes, but all his actions was because he was touched as a child. Only three ways."

His suggestions did not sit right with netizens and they condemned the streamer for wanting someone facing such severe allegations to reestablish their public reputation.
