In Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial, the rapper's ex-girlfriend, who is testifying under the pseudonym "Jane", returned to the court stand for cross-examination on Tuesday. On her fourth day of testimony, Jane continued speaking about the s*x and drug-fueled "hotel nights" with "entertainers."

In her testimony, she revealed that Kristina Khorram, Combs' former chief of staff, was not aware of these "hotel nights." As per a NBC News report dated April 26, 2025, Khorram started working with Combs in 2013 as an executive and had been named in at least three of the civil lawsuits filed against the rapper. Khorram, whom Diddy referred to as KK, was accused of witnessing the rapper's violent behavior.

According to CNN, on Tuesday, Jane brought up to the jury that she didn't believe Khorram was aware of the rapper's "hotel nights" with "entertainers." She mentioned that Combs tried to keep these alleged drug and s*x parties a secret from Khorram since she was critical of them.

As per the outlet, in her testimony, Jane shared that she didn't have a good relationship with Khorram, as the latter didn't like her. Jane also said that her relationship with Combs became challenging as Khorram was always with Combs.

"I believe that she had very strong opinions about me, which influenced a great deal of how Sean also treated me," Jane testified.

More about Diddy's former chief of staff, Kristina Khorram

As mentioned earlier, Kristina Khorram was also named in at least three of the civil lawsuits filed against Diddy, as reported by NBC News in the April 2025 article. Past testimonies from witnesses in the ongoing trial have also mentioned her at times, suggesting she played a key role in managing Combs' everyday business.

In a Facebook post from January 2021, Combs introduced Kristina to the public and called her his "right hand." In the post, he also wrote:

"Don't know how I'd function without her."

As per NBC News, the rapper also gave Khorram credit during his BET Awards speech in 2022. He said that she helped him navigate a difficult phase of his life.

In a March 18, 2025, interview with Rolling Stone, Khorram responded to allegations made against her in different lawsuits filed against the rapper.

"These false allegations of my involvement are causing irreparable and incalculable damage to my reputation and the emotional well-being of myself and my family. I have never condoned or aided and abetted the sexual assault of anyone. Nor have I ever drugged anyone," she said.

As per a CBS News article dated June 3, 2025, Eddy Garcia, an ex-security guard of the InterContinental Hotel where the surveillance video of Combs beating Cassie Ventura was captured, mentioned her in his testimony. Garcia said that soon after the incident, Khorram reached out to him and asked him to show the footage. He further shared that Khorram called him and later put Diddy on the call.

As per CNN, on Monday, Jane testified that she once texted Khorram, sharing her concerns about Diddy threatening to release her s*x tapes. The text reportedly read:

"[Combs] said that he would expose me and send them to my child's father. He has been bothering me for two months."

As per NBC News, Jane, in her testimony on Tuesday, told the jury that Khorram once talked to her while she was transporting drugs for the rapper.

As of now, Jane is continuing her testimony for the fourth day. The court was shown a series of text message exchanges between Jane and Diddy during the cross-examination. Earlier on Tuesday, Judge Arun Subramanian denied the defense's second request for a mistrial, which was filed on Saturday.
