Rapper Tory Lanez's father, Sonstar Peterson, recently defended Milagroz Gramz shortly after the blogger hired two lawyers to represent her in the defamation lawsuit filed by Megan Thee Stallion. For context, Megan Thee Stallion sued Gramz in October 2024, accusing her of being a "paid surrogate' and spreading lies about the rapper on Lanez's behalf.

In a video posted by a Joe Budden fan page on June 10, 2025, content creator AceBoyPun featured Tory Lanez's father, who sided with Milagro Gramz and said:

"She has dared to stand up for the truth concerning Tory from the beginning. Which, by the way, you may think that she's just some person who has a personality. No! She actually has a degree in criminology, and that's why when she first started to look at this from the beginning, Milagro Gramz, she said 'Nah, something is really wrong'."

Sonstar Peterson added that Milagro used to promote Megan Thee Stallion and was the rapper's supporter. However, taking a "critical eye" to Tory Lanez's shooting case led the blogger to call Megan out. Lanez's father also mentioned that Milagro Gramz has endured a lot for taking a stand for Tory Lanez because "she knows what she's talking about."

Additionally, Sonstar Peterson labeled Megan's legal team as "crooked" and "wicked." He asserted that the prosecution isn't focused on right and wrong but on wins and losses.

What did Tory Lanez's father say about Megan Thee Stallion's lawyer, Alex Spiro? Details explored

Tory Lanez is currently serving a decade-long prison sentence after being convicted of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the feet in 2020. However, in a recent turn of events, Lanez's legal team has claimed that the rapper didn't receive a fair trial.

Additionally, they claimed that it wasn't Lanez who shot Megan, but her former friend Kelsey Harris instead. In fact, Harris' bodyguard, Bradley James, appeared at a press conference organized by Unite The People to present the new angle in Tory Lanez's shooting case in May 2025.

At the press conference, United The People's attorney Walter Roberts shared Bradley's testimony, stating:

“[Harris] had the gun. [Harris] fired it [at Megan] three times. Mr. Peterson grabbed her arm and knocked it down, and the gun fired two more times. In essence, Mr. Peterson never shot anybody. Never even touched that gun. He never even fired the gun.”

This resulted in Megan Thee Stallion's attorney, Alex Spiro, making a statement on Chris Cuomo's show, where he commented on the angle of Lanez being framed. Spiro said that he didn't want to give "oxygen to this nonsense"; however, he felt the need to clarify it as an obligation to Megan and others.

Spiro noted that the reality was that Tory Lanez was convicted by a jury based on "overwhelming evidence." The attorney stated that Lanez was found at the scene with the firearm that shot Megan, supported by eyewitness testimony.

Taking a shot at Megan's legal team and addressing Alex Spiro's statement, Tory Lanez's father told AceBoyPun:

"You think Alex Spiro, the lawyer that is right now running for Roc Nation, you think he cares? This is the guy that after we put out 36 hours later and they could not refute it, he came on Chris Cuomo and this is what he said 'Oh they can't keep their stories striaght.' Reality check? That's you guys."

In other news, Megan Thee Stallion recently secured a gag order against Milagro Gramz, preventing the blogger from commenting on the rapper or the shooting incident involving Megan and Lanez.
