Fans reacted as Max Domi and the Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Tampa Bay Lightning 5-2 on Monday night, but the game ended with some controversy.
In the final minutes, Leafs forward Max Domi and his Lightning counterpart Zemgus Girgensons dropped the gloves for a fight. Girgensons took Domi down to the ice, but Max Domi got on top of him and landed some hits on Girgensons before being separated by the referees.
The incident occurred after Girgensons had delivered a high hit on Dliver Ekman-Larsson behind the post.
Fans reacted to Domi and Girgensons' fight, with one tweeting:
"Punching while down is such a b***h move"

William Nylander scored two goals, while rookies Matthew Knies and Nick Robertson added one each. Star center Auston Matthews also lit the lamp, while Brayden Point and Nicholas Paul scored for the Lightning.
In the second period, Tampa goalie Andre Vasilevskiy was replaced after letting in four goals from 14 shots on goal, while his backup Jonas Johansson stopped 14 shots out of 15. Anthony Stolarz got the win for Toronto with 33 saves.

William Nylander got the opening goal in the first period, but Tampa Bay's Nick Paul quickly responded with a breakaway goal to level the game.
During the second period, Auston Matthews seized the chance on a powerplay to put the Leafs in front. Nylander then scored his second goal midway through the period strengthening as Toronto led 3-1
Max Pacioretty added to the lead less than two minutes later before rookie Matthew Knies added an insurance marker later in the second on a breakaway goal.
In the third period, Brayden Point got one back for the Lightning on a late powerplay to make it 5-2.
