Stephen Nedoroscik shared a new and different glimpse of his pommel horse routine as the Olympic medalist trains for the competition season at the Evo Gym in Florida.
Nedoroscik anchored the US Men's National gymnastics team to a bronze medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics after his iconic pommel horse run that earned him an individual bronze medal. In 2021, Nedoroscik also went on to become the first US Pommel Horse Champion, winning the title in his debut World Championship in Kitakyushu, Japan.
In a recent Instagram story, Nedoroscik shared a new update to his pommel horse routine. The pommel horse was down on the ground without the bars holding it, as he wrote:
"Something a lil different"

Stephen Nedoroscik was also part of season 33 of the popular reality show 'Dancing with the Stars'. Along with his dance partner Rylee Arnold, Nedoroscik reached the finale of the show, coming in fourth place. Nedoroscik seems to be putting in the hard yards into his pommel horse training ahead of the upcoming World Championship.

Stephen Nedoroscik is back at the Pommel Horse training for the competition season ahead. Renewing his contract with Evo Gymnastics, Nedoroscik is now weeks into his training. The Olympic athlete shared his perspective on the Pommel Horse, concluding his first week into the training. Stephen Nedoroscik posted a glimpse of his training on Instagram, as he wrote:
"First week in the books and I’m feeling great 🙌🏻"
After entering the reality TV genre, the Olympian and Dancing with the Stars participant appeared on the popular television game show Family Feud. The Olympic medalist and his family were contestants on the show. Sharing glimpses from the show, Nedoroscik posted:
"Had the best weekend with the fam!! Seriously so so cool that we all got to be on Celebrity Family Feud and it is totally gonna be worth the watch when it airs sometime this summer 😂 Thank you so much @familyfeudabc for having us 🫶🏻"
While Stephen Nedoroscik is back at training routines on the Pommel Horse, it will be interesting to see how the Olympic bronze medalist performs at the 2025 US Championships.
