According to Deadline, Jane, who was in a relationship with Combs from 2021 to 2024, took the witness stand for the second day on June 6. During her testimony, Jane recalled an incident from 2022 when the rapper allegedly directed her to smuggle drugs with her from his Beverly Hills residence and fly to Miami.

Jane claimed that she further asked Combs' former chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, if it was safe to carry the drugs.

"I just asked her if this was safe and OK," Jane said.

In response, Kristina, who is also labeled as a "co-conspirator" to Combs in court by the prosecutors, allegedly remarked:

"It's fine, I do it all the time, just put it in your checked luggage."

Reflecting on Kristina's comments, Perez Hilton expressed strong frustration over the lack of criminal charges against her.

Where is Kristina? Why have charges not been filed yet, and if an agreement has been made or is in the works, she better still serve time. None of this 'Oh, you'll avoid any jail time, just probation,' no! She is so culpable too," Hilton said.

According to ABC News, further in her testimony, Jane described participating in the infamous drug-fueled "hotel nights" where Diddy would allegedly coerce her into being intimate with male entertainers. She claimed that she often made "subtle hints" for Diddy to make it stop, but instead, he allowed it to continue and asked her to "finish strong."

Recalling an incident from 2023, Jane said that she was forced to get intimate with 3 men as she flew to Miami to celebrate her birthday with Combs. She told the court that the rapper allegedly told her before that they would have "birthday vibes," but instead he reportedly coerced her into another "hotel night."

"It was even more of an invasive moment because it was my birthday, and I didn't want to do this on my birthday," Jane said.

She said that they shifted to a bigger suit afterwards, adding that Combs' energy changed. He became "more loving," as he had arranged her balloons, flowers, and cake.

"We had that rare bit of alone time," Jane testified.

However, according to CNN, afterwards, the Bad Boy Records founder allegedly forced her to be intimate with another man, and by morning, a different man arrived.

"I reacted like it was nothing, but inside I hated it," Jane testified.

Jane further testified that she endured the encounters because she wanted to "impress" Diddy and valued her alone time with him afterwards.

"I would really fight to block out how sad I was after."

Jane further described the first time she chose the guy who would get intimate with her during a "hotel night." She said that she didn't like being "surprised with any new stranger," and started thinking to herself that if she had to participate, she should at least be allowed to choose who she would be with.

"If we're going to be doing this, I should just choose who's going to be on my body."

According to USA Today, she recalled choosing a guy named Sly from a pornographic video, who would get intimate with her during a "hotel night."

"After I got to know him a little bit better, I realized he had a passion for cooking and he was a private chef on the side," Jane said about Sly.

She said that Sly, who allegedly got paid between $2,000 and $4,000 each "hotel night," was "nervous" just like her in the first meeting. She would often call him for the "hotel night" because he was familiar and felt like a "safe option" to her.
