American blogger and columnist Perez Hilton shared insights on Dakota Johnson's lie detector test, where the actress claimed that she once sent a gallon of gorilla sh*t to a friend's ex.
On June 9, 2025, Perez Hilton shared a blog link from his self-titled website on X.
"They sell this online!!" Hilton captioned the post.
After claiming that she would lie to the police if necessary for her best friend, Riley Keough, Dakota Johnson was asked whether it's true that she sent animal feces to her best friend's ex, during her appearance at Vanity Fair's lie detector test.
"You once sent a man who broke your friend's heart a gallon of gorilla sh*t. Can you confirm or deny that this happened?" the interviewer asked.
The Materialists actress responded with a smile, stating:
"I mean, there's no way that he would watch this, so yes, I did do that, and it's been quite a while, it's been some years."
The interviewer further asked the actress how someone could order gorilla sh*t. In response, Dakota jokingly said:
"Sh*tsenders.com, You can order any kind, any size."
The polygraph test further confirmed that Johnson was speaking the truth.

Further in the video, Dakota Johnson was asked about her inactivity on social media and whether her role in the 2010 biographical film, The Social Network, scared her from having an online presence.
"I don't feel like The Social Network made me scared of social media, no. Social media makes me scared of social media," Dakota Johnson replied.
She was also asked about Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg's "new makeover" and whether she liked it.
"I don't really have an opinion about Mark Zuckerberg's wardrobe. I kind of like his glasses. They're kind of goofy. They make him look sweet, which is, I think, nice for him, because historically, you know?" Dakota said.
Later, referring to her last polygraph test with Vanity Fair in 2018, where Dakota said that she had never considered closing her tooth gap, the interviewer asked if her tooth gap had closed on its own.
"Be honest, did it really close on its own?" the interviewers asked.
"Yes, it did," Dakota responded.
In an interview with Jimmy Fallon in 2019, Dakota addressed the rumors about her tooth gap closing, stating that she has permanent retainers since she was 13 years old, and had to have them removed as she was experiencing neck pain, adding:
"So, my orthodontist decided that it would be a good idea to take it off and see if my jaw sort of expanded, and it helped me, and my gap closed by itself, and I'm really sad about it, too."
Born on October 4, 1989, Dakota Johnson is an American actress best known for her roles in the Fifty Shades of Grey franchise, Madame Web, and her upcoming movie Materialists.
She has been in a relationship with Coldplay member Chris Martin since 2017, although rumours surrounding their breakup have surfaced recently.
