Love Island USA season 7 saw its first dumping on Sunday, June 8, 2025, on Peacock. The episode featured its latest firepit ceremony, during which the male islanders decided who they wanted to explore their connection with.
Towards the end of the ceremony, two female islanders remained, and since the number of men was less than the women in the villa, one of them was set to go home. Nic made his choices known and chose to couple up with Cierra, which left Belle-A single, and she was eliminated from the reality show.
As Belle-A got ready to leave the villa, Nic asked if they could speak privately, and the two said goodbye. Although the female islander told Nic that his decision broke her heart, she added that she should have gotten the hint. As the latter apologized for not picking her, Belle-A said:

Nic and Belle-A have a final heart-to-heart conversation before the latter leaves Love Island USA season 7 after being dumped
In Love Island USA season 7 episode 6, Belle-A said her final goodbyes as she packed her bags and got ready to leave the villa after being the only one who was left single in light of the latest recoupling ceremony.
While making his decision known about who he wanted to pick, Nic mentioned the photo booth moment he shared with Cierra and called it "unforgettable." He also added that the girl he wanted to couple up with was the bombshell.
After the ceremony, Belle-A packed her things while the female islanders rallied around her and comforted her. Chelley broke down in tears while Belle-A said it felt bad because she felt like she was never anyone's first choice, and that she had never been put first in her life.
As the girls hugged Belle-A, Nic asked whether he could speak to the Love Island USA season 7 islander alone, and the two had one final heart-to-heart conversation before her departure.
He asked her how she was feeling, and Belle-A told him that she had high hopes from him.
"It breaks my heart that we're not able to see it through," she told Nic.
However, Belle-A said she should have picked up on the hints while Nic told her that he knew someone was going to find Belle-A and give her the love and commitment she deserved. He told her he was apologetic that he couldn't be that person for her, while the female Love Island USA season 7 cast member reminded Nic that it wasn't her "loss."
He asked if he could hug her, and the two embraced one another as Nic told her that he was going to miss her.
"It's okay, you don't have to keep lying to me," Belle-A told him.
Nic tried to assure her that he wasn't lying and told her he didn't want it to end the way it did. While still hugging him, she reminded him that he "made it" like it was.
Belle-A became the first person to be dumped from Love Island USA season 7 and the second person to leave the show. After episode 1, Yulissa Escobar was abruptly removed from the show after clips from her past resurfaced in which she made a racially charged statement that didn't sit well with the show's fans.
Although the network didn't give an official statement about the islander's removal, Yulissa had taken to social media to release an official statement about the same. In an Instagram post, she apologized for her words and said that she used the slur "ignorantly."
"I wasn't trying to be offensive or harmful, but I recognize now that intention doesn't excuse impact," she added.
Love Island USA season 7 will air episode 7 on Monday, June 9, 2025, on Peacock, during which Cierra will find out that Nic kissed Belle-A five minutes before they shared a moment in the photo booth, which he had mentioned during the firepit ceremony.
