Love Island USA season 7 episode 4 saw Belle-A and Nic share their first kiss after the latter chose to recouple with bombshell Cierra during the latest firepit ceremony. Although sparks seemed to fly between the two as they talked in soul ties, it wasn't the only place where sparks flew as Nic also shared a kiss with Cierra inside the photobooth.
Belle-A told Olandria about the encounter and said they ended up kissing "a lot" while Nic asked Cierra if she wanted to get a drink. Olandria asked Belle-A how she felt and the latter said he was "freaking confusing" while Cierra and Nic discussed the cast member's performance during the baseball challenge.

In Love Island USA season 7 episode 4, Nic explored his connections with both, Belle-A and Cierra. Nic and Belle-A discussed the female islander's performance during the baseball challenge and Nic said that he was "down bad" when he saw her kiss Charlie.
He added that it made him think that Cierra was "80/20" and said that after he and Belle-A kissed during the challenge, it made him realize they had "crazy chemistry." He said the challenge brought down Cierra's number from 80/20 to an even figure.
"Obviously that was a big step out for me to even be in that challenge because never have I ever kissed four guys in one day," Belle-A said.
The Love Island USA season 7 male cast member told Belle-A that it would have been "dope" to be her first kiss in the villa and the latter reminded him that he had been doing her "dirty." Belle-A also said that she wanted it to be him as well and the two shared a kiss.
Soon after that, while the female Love Island USA season 7 cast member spoke to Olandria about what happened with Nic, the latter asked Cierra if she wanted to get a drink.
Cierra and Nic celebrated a good day, and the bombshell asked Nic what he thought of her performance. He said it was "so hot" and said Cierra put on a "d*mn show."
