Love Island UK season 12: Complete set of cast members explored

Love Island UK season 12 is set to premiere on ITV2 on June 9, 2025. The long-running reality series will introduce a fresh group of singles as they enter the villa in search of love, explore new connections, and stir up plenty of drama along the way.

Twelve contestants have been announced as the initial lineup for the new season. However, as tradition goes, more islanders are expected to join later as bombshells, shaking things up even further.

Conor Phillips, Blu Chegini, Harry Cooksley, Ben Holbrough, Tommy Bradley, and Dejon Noel-Williams would make up the male contestant lineup for season 12. They will be joined by single female contestants, including Shakira Khan, Megan Forte Clarke, Helena Ford, Alima Gagigo, Sophie Lee, and Megan 'Meg' Moore.

Who is in the cast of Love Island UK season 12?

Sophie Lee

Sophie Lee is a 29-year-old motivational speaker and author from Manchester. In her official contestant bio, Sophie shared that she would like to couple up with a person who is fun, spontaneous, attractive, and an attentive person who has a lot of jokes in their arsenal.

When asked about the things she was best at, Love Island UK season 12 contestant said:

"I’m the CEO of empowerment. I want women to feel beautiful and validated in themselves and feel their best self."

Dejon Noel-Williams

Dejon Noel-Williams is a 26-year-old personal trainer from London. In his contestant bio, Dejon shared that he was looking for someone who was beautiful on the inside and out and took care of their health.

When asked what was his "claim to fame," he answered:

"My dad being an ex-professional footballer. I’ve met all kinds of famous people through him... I’ve met David Beckham, he was really nice."

Megan 'Meg' Moore

Megan Forte Clarke is a 25-year-old payroll specialist and author from Southampton. She shared in her official contestant bio that she would like to couple up with a tall guy who had a nice tan, eyes, and a smile.

While talking about her love life using banking terms, she said:

"Bankrupt, right now. But we’re going to make sales and get on that corporate ladder and be booming."

Tommy Bradley

Tommy Bradley is a 29-year-old landscape gardener from Hertfordshire. He shared in his bio that he was looking for an ambitious girl with a big personality—someone caring, down-to-earth, and who doesn’t take herself too seriously.

Alima Gagigo is a 23-year-old wealth management client services executive from Glasgow. In her contestant bio, she shared that she basically wanted a "Disney prince," someone who was tall and had a handsome face.

When asked if Maya would hire her or fire her based on her flirting skills, Alima said:

"I think she’d hire me because I’m a good flirt. I always ask guys on a night out to guess which country I’m originally from. If they get it right, they can get my number."

Ben Holbrough

Ben Holbrough is a 23-year-old private Hire Taxi driver from Gloucester. He shared that he wants to couple with a good-looking girl who has good vibes, nice teeth, great eye contact, and someone he could have a good conversation with.

When asked to describe his love life in banking terms, the Love Island UK contestant said:

"Bankrupt. I’d have been out of business a long time ago. That’s exactly why I’m here."

Helena Ford

Helena Ford is a 29-year-old cabin crew executive from London. In her contestant bio, she shared that she was looking for someone who was "funny or Northern."

When asked if the show host would hire her or fire her based on her flirting skills, Love Island UK season 12 contestant said:

"I would say hire but then quickly fire soon after. It would only be a temporary contract."

Megan Forte Clarke

Megan Forte Clarke is a 24-year-old musical theatre performer and energy broker from Brighton, Dublin. In his contestant bio, she shared that she would like to have a partner who doesn’t take themselves too seriously and has a sense of humour.

When asked what was her "claim to fame," she answered:

"Me and my friends made a Derry Girls TikTok for Halloween and it went a bit viral around Brighton."

Blu Chegini

Blu Chegini is a 26-year-old construction project manager from London. Blu is looking for a family-oriented girl who could both give and receive a large amount of love.

When asked if Love Island UK season 12 host Maya would hire him or fire him based on his flirting skills, Blu said:

"She’d fire me, but I’ve got the charm to smooth things over with a girl."

Shakira Khan

Shakira Khan is a 22-year-old marketing executive from Burnley. Shakira shared in her bio that she wanted to couple up with someone tall, witty, charming, with a great smile and big arms.

When asked to describe her love life, Love Island UK contestant said:

"Booming… but they’re all frogs. It’s a busy love life but I’ve not found ‘the husband’."

Harry Cooksley

Harry Cooksley is a 30-year-old gold trader, semi-professional footballer, and model from Guildford. On the show, he is hoping to find the "girl next door" who makes him laugh and can hold eye contact with him.

When asked about the things he was best at, Harry said:

"I’m the body double for Declan Rice."

Love Island UK season 12 will release it's first episode on June 9, 2025 and will be availabe to watch on ITV2.
