In Love Island USA season 7 episode 8, bombshell Amaya brought the heat as tensions between her and Ace escalated. She got into multiple arguments with Chelley and Ace about their connection, including one when Ace tried to discuss what was going on.

Amaya recalled the events of the previous night when the two discussed Ace's boundaries and said that although he had told her he was "open" to exploring other options, he didn't tell her that he had a connection with Chelley.

However, Ace claimed that he had previously told Amaya about it, and the two got into an argument.

Fans online reacted to the heated argument and criticized Amaya for her "crashing out" about Ace and Chelley. One person wrote on X:

Ace and Amaya clash over the male cast member's connection with Chelley in Love Island USA season 7 episode 8

In Love Island USA season 7 episode 8, Ace and Amaya tried to calmly discuss their issues, but the conversation soon turned into an argument.

Ace asked for her perspective, and the bombshell told him that she was still going to get to know him.

She said that although the previous night, they had discussed Ace's boundaries, she saw him hug Chelley before bed while also claiming that he was "open" to exploring his connections.

Amaya said he never told her who his connection was and got emotional as Ace told the Love Island USA season 7 star that he had previously told her that he had a "strong connection" with Chelley.

While he was talking, Amaya interrupted him, which annoyed the islander.

Amaya told him that he had made a "broad statement" about his connections in the villa despite picking her at the recoupling ceremony.

She admitted to her feelings for him getting stronger and said that was why she was confused and felt "blindsided."

"So don't try to undermine how I feel," the female Love Island USA star added.

Ace told the Love Island USA season 7 bombshell that he didn't hear anything she said because she was talking with her hands and talking "over" him.

He told her that since both of them had trouble understanding each other, he wanted to be "very, very clear" with her and told her that he didn't want to explore a connection with her.

Fans online reacted to Amaya confronting Ace over his connection with Chelley and were mostly critical of her behavior towards him.
