Episode 8 of 1000-lb Sisters season 7 was released on June 10, 2025. It documented a fight between Amy and Tammy, which again happened because of the former's choice of her wedding destination. In the previous episodes, Amy said that she and Brian wanted to get married at a mental asylum, a place that was also haunted.
Tammy and some of the other family members refused to attend the wedding ceremony because they didn't think the destination was right. They thought that by venturing out at such a place, they would bring home demons or negative entities. Amy had been upset in the previous episodes as well, because she believed that her family should have supported her, no matter which venue she picked.
In 1000-lb Sisters episode 8, Amy got emotional again and argued with Tammy.
"You should go there and support me, don't matter where the f**k the location is," Amy said.
Amy believed that her choice of location was reasonable, and her family was being unjust to her by not attending the event. She kept mentioning how she went everywhere to attend weddings of her family members, but they didn't think it was necessary to attend hers.
The fight between Amy and Tammy on 1000-lb Sisters season 7 episode 8
During a confessional on 1000-lb Sisters, Tammy said that Amy invited her to have a chat about her attendance at the wedding. She called it a "pity party" and added that she didn't want to fight with her sister, so she walked out. She wanted to give Amy a few minutes to calm down and rethink.
Tammy mentioned that she tried to talk to her, but she wasn't going to sit there and let her yell at her. Then, when she walked back in, she asked Amy if she was taking her medication, and the latter said yes.
"I f**king don't have a family," said Amy emotionally.
Tammy then requested her to stop thinking that because she did have a family and asked her to stop the "pity party." Amy cried as she felt like she was getting bullied. Tammy told her to let it go and mentioned that she loved her. She also told her sister that she was turning into someone she didn't want to be around.
"I miss the f*cking sister I used to have," Tammy responded.
Amy noted that Tammy wasn't going to her wedding ceremony despite claiming that she loved her. Tammy argued that she didn't want to go to a place that had demons, but Amy replied that even she had haunted dolls that were possessed. Defending herself, Tammy said that they weren't possessed by demons, and said that if they were, she would know.
Later, Tammy asked her what if a demon were to get attached to Amy and she were to bring it home. She also told Amy that if she changed the venue, all her family members would come. Amy argued that she went to her family members' wedding, so it was wrong of them not to attend hers. She added it wasn't about the haunted house; the main reason was that they just didn't want to support her.
Consequently, Tammy walked out of the house because their argument wasn't coming to an end. She said in a 1000-lb Sisters confessional that she felt like things were worsening with Amy. Tammy even cried, saying her sister shouldn't be doing this. Meanwhile,Amy cried in another confessional, stating that every time she wanted to do something good, her family would get in her way.
