Acapulco season 4 episode 6 is set to premiere on August 20, 2025, at 12 am ET on Apple TV+. Following the shocking revelation about Don Pablo in episode 4, the bilingual comedy series continues its final season with mounting tensions between Las Colinas and their rival resort. After discovering that Pablo has been working for El Alma del Mar, Maximo and the Las Colinas group confront their former leader at his new haunt.

However, Vera then tells Maximo to use his connection with Don Pablo and get him to return to Las Colinas, or else jobs will suffer because of how badly the ratings dropped had affected the resort. While he was conflicted about doing so, Maximo tried to convince Don Pablo and even used their mentor-mentee connection, but it didn’t work.

Instead, the Las Colinas legend told Maximo to beat him fair and square without using any shortcuts. Thus, the upcoming episode 6 promises to further explore the battle between the two as the resort continues its efforts to regain its standing as Acapulco's top destination.

In Acapulco season 4 episode 5, In the Air Tonight, the Las Colinas team confronts Don Pablo after Chad reveals he's working for rival resort El Alma del Mar. However, despite Alejandro Vera offering him a lot of money, Don Pablo refuses to return to Las Colinas, still bitter about the way he was kicked out. Vera then instructs Maximo to use his personal relationship with his mentor to convince him to step down.

A reluctant Maximo then invites Don Pablo to a dinner party at his home. During a private conversation, Maximo asks him to reconsider his revenge against Las Colinas. However, Don Pablo remains steadfast, explaining his deep resentment toward Vera and instead challenges his mentee. He tells Maximo to beat him fair and square without using any shortcuts to get him to step down.

Meanwhile, Esteban’s investigation into Juan’s death takes a turn when Dalia comes to pick up forged letters from him that Esteban created to get more information. While he believed she was a suspect, Dalia reveals she had an airtight alibi, but she reveals that she shares a severe peanut allergy with her father.

This makes Esteban realize that his mother, Doña Rosita, may have accidentally killed Juan by adding peanuts to a dish served at a party. The stress of realizing he indirectly caused Juan's death overwhelms Esteban, causing him to collapse at the dinner party, with the group rushing to help him.

What to expect from Acapulco season 4 episode 6?

Based on the dramatic conclusion of episode 5, Acapulco season 4 episode 6 will likely address Esteban's shocking collapse and the aftermath of the medical emergency. The revelation about Doña Rosita's accidental role in Juan's death will likely be a plot point as well, with Esteban likely to tell Nora about his revelation.

Meanwhile, the professional rivalry between Las Colinas and El Alma del Mar will likely intensify after Don Pablo’s challenge to Maximo. This could lead to Maximo developing a legitimate strategy to improve Las Colinas' standing, possibly using the 18-step plan that he had created in the previous episode.

Beyond that, Chad and Gloria’s budding romance will likely be tested as the two work for rival resorts, as will Maximo and Julia’s relationship as the series gets closer towards its finale.
