Netflix has announced the release of its newest and much-awaited thriller series, Zero Day. Starring Robert De Niro, the six-episode limited series will drop on the streaming platform on February 20, 2025.De Niro stars in the thriller series as the respected former President George Mullen. As the head of the Zero Day Commission, he is charged with the investigation of a devastating cyberattack that affected thousands all over the country. The series is created and the script is written by Emmy Award winners Eric Newman and Noah Oppenheim who will executive produce along with Pulitzer Prize winner Michael S.
