Streamer and political commentator Zack "Asmongold" recently responded to a clip of John "Tectone" that gained some traction online. To sum it up, John, while on a June 8 Kick livestream, discussed his first time "kissing" a guy, and how this one experience was enough for him to know that he was straight. Asmon, in turn, reacted, concurring with his fellow platform member's thoughts.

Tectone mentioned an experience with a male friend named "Trevor" and "nine other women." The streamer suggested that he and Trevor, under some pressure, were made to "make out" in front of the group:

"...literally wanted me and Trevor to make out in front of 'em... me and Trevor and like nine other women. It was pretty f**kin' insane.... We got naked in front of all these chicks, and we swapped clothes, and... we kissed in front of all these women, like screaming, and howling."

Overall, this situation seemed to have taught John a lesson:

"Kissing without sexual attraction, it felt like nothing. His lips were so chapped, and my stubble on his stubble, it felt like eating food. It felt like absolute nothing, so f**king uncomfortable, and at that point, in my head I knew, yeah I ain't about this."

Asmongold commented under the post on X and claimed that he had a similar experience:

"The first time I kissed a dude, it was the same way... It's just not my thing."

Zack has established himself as one of the biggest faces in political streaming. Recently, Tesla CEO and owner of X, Elon Musk, highlighted a poll where 62% of respondents named Asmongold the best political streamer, confirming "True."

Tectone responded to Asmongold in a humorous comment, suggesting that the political commentator always has room for opportunity:

"Don't worry, there’s always the next time."

It should be noted that both Zack and John were active members of the Austin, Texas-based streaming collective, One True King (OTK). The former made his official announcement to leave in February 2025, citing that his controversial political content does not entice potential sponsors.

The latter, on the other hand, chose not to renew his three-year OTK contract, which expired in November 2024. His departure coincided with public allegations of abuse from his ex-partner, Pinkchyu. Tectone denied these allegations and said he didn’t want the controversy affecting the group.

In other news, Asmongold has formally signed with the Kick Partner Program as he prepares to transition into multistreaming.
