American businessman and Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy seemingly confirmed his relationship with Camryn D'Aloia. Dave recently appeared on Drop A Pin Podcast, the episode of which was released on April 21, 2025. The apparent confirmation was speculated to have been from Dave when he recounted an incident last year.
Dave Portnoy said that last year, a Coast Guard in Nantucket had rescued him when his boat lost power. Dave was then asked during the interview if he was with his mother at the time, to which the businessman clarified that he was not and said:
"No, originally, it was myself and Cam, um, a girl I’m dating."

People concluded from Dave's statement that he was talking about Camryn D'Aloia, whom he called "Cam." While speculations about the two dating circulated, many pointed out their significant age gap.

A year ago, Dave Portnoy was spotted sitting next to Camryn D'Aloia during an NBA game. The cameras captured them chatting just behind the commentators at the match. According to reports by PEOPLE, the clip went quite viral on social media platforms, especially TikTok.
While outlets tried reaching out to Dave's team for a statement on the appearance with Camryn, no response was found. He, however, opened up about the situation in May 2024 on the BFFs podcast. Dave spoke about the incident and called it "unfortunate." He continued:
"We walk in, sit down, and I know instantly I have a problem. No idea where these tickets were. They are right behind the broadcaster. It was the two worst tickets."
Dave Portnoy additionally said that he was concerned about being spotted with a woman just a few months after breaking up with his former partner.
