#6 Vickie Guerrero

When Vickie Guerrero debuted as a TV character in 2006 on SmackDown, she was awful. She couldn't act and had no stage presence. Amazingly, over the next 2 years, she developed into one of the most entertaining, if not the most entertaining character, on WWE TV.
Although best remembered in WWE as the best General manager in SmackDown history, Vickie also spent time on RAW as a manager and General Manager and was highly entertaining. Despite having retired as a weekly character from WWE back in 2014, Guerrero has still been making special appearances at other WWE Specials, and some WWE Network programming also.

Should she be available, I think an appearance from her would get a great pop from the live crowd and of course, provide us with some comedic content. Whether it's shouting ''Excuse Me'' or even paying tribute to her late husband Eddie Guerrero, it would be great to see her again.
