During the Attitude Era, an unlikely odd couple formed a tag team. The Rock n Sock connection was based on the ridiculous incongruity of its makeup. On one hand you had the Rock, who was the epitome of self-assured coolness. On the other, you had Mankind, whose socially awkward mannerisms endeared him to the fans in a wholly different way.
