Carmella’s run as SmackDown Women’s Champion has been pretty lacklustre so far, to say the least, and her two wins over ‘The Empress of Tomorrow’ Asuka hasn’t been helpful either.

Therefore, the valid decision from here on would be to have Carmella drop the SD Live Women’s Title to either the returning Charlotte Flair or Becky Lynch, who has been very impressive in recent months.

Having Carmella drop the title to Becky would seem like the only legitimate option as of right now, due to the fact that the former has already defended her title against Charlotte on several occasions in the past.

And from there onwards, WWE could look forward to booking a much-anticipated dream match between Lynch and Charlotte for this year’s SummerSlam PPV.
