For the last two decades, Triple H’s WWE entrance has featured a spot where he stands in the middle of the ring apron and sprays water into the air while looking menacingly towards the hard camera.

The NXT founder revealed in an interview with Sony Sports that he originally came up with the idea to spray water in his entrance as an act of defiance against the people who said he would never become a World Champion in WWE.

Once the entrance spot became synonymous with his villainous character in 1999-2000, Triple H decided to spray water before all of his matches.
