#3. Legends never die.

Trish Stratus was originally hired simply for her looks. The former fitness model surprised everyone at WWE when she announced her intention to become an in-ring performer.

Aided by her athleticism, but mostly by her sheer determination and pride as a performer, Trish pushed herself beyond a simple bra and panties grappler. She often credits veteran performer Ivory with helping to make her into a complete wrestler.

Lita struggled to get noticed for her wrestling ability in an era where women were little more than window dressing or prizes to be defended or won. Relegated to the role of a manger in ECW, she eventually signed with WWE where she amazed fans with her ability to pull off picture-perfect moonsaults, even from the top rope to the arena floor.

Both women were greeted with much fanfare by the live crowed, who were clearly thrilled to have the two legends back in the ring. Look for legends to become a bigger part of WWE shows, and not just in the women's division.
