Mostly since it hasn't been readily available for him to take, Reigns hasn't been declared the winner of the King of the Ring tournament.
In a different era, this was the equivalent of winning the Royal Rumble or a midcard title, pushing someone to the next level and helping propel talent like Triple H, Steve Austin, Owen Hart and more.
In more recent years, it only shows up sporadically, with the most recent one being won by Bad News Barrett in 2015.
At this point, if the tournament were to be brought back, it would seem like overkill to have Reigns win it instead of someone who truly needs the rub, but given WWE's track record, it wouldn't be shocking to give this win to him, too.
