Raw's 1,000th episode featured a D-Generation X reunion
They don’t call Monday Night Raw the longest-running weekly episodic television show in US history for nothing. Since it began on 11 January 1993, there have been 1,287 episodes of Raw (as of the time of writing – 18 January 2018).
The first episode was one-hour long and featured The Undertaker and Damien Demento in a short main event – a stark contrast to today’s Raw, which lasts three hours and often finishes with the longest match of the show.
