With a well-thought out character and gimmick and one of the most unique looks in wrestling history, he would probably be a bigger star if not for the fact of how brightly his bullet club chums shine.

Why WWE needs him: Scurrl could bring style and attention to the 205 Live brand that is sorely missing. Unlike Enzo Amore, Scurll doesn't infuriate his co-workers or the fans, for that matter.
