#9 Brock Lesnar & Shelton Benjamin

If there’s any performer in WWE right now who doesn’t need a tag partner, it’s Brock Lesnar. However, back in the year 2000, he was teaming with his real-life friend Shelton Benjamin during their early days in OVW.

The duo held the OVW Southern Tag Team titles for a short spell before both were promoted to WWE’s main roster, where they later feuded as part of the Lesnar vs. Kurt Angle storyline.

Nowadays, "The Beast" can be found destroying anyone and everyone when he makes his rare appearances as Universal champion, while Benjamin has found himself a new tag partner in Chad Gable.
