Mic ability compliments in-ring ability

Promos are a great deal in WWE. The indie business is a lot different in that way. I get it, a wrestler has to connect with the audience and speak his rehearsed lines so he can hit the right chord among them.
But the concept that mic-skills make a good wrestler and decided if he deserves a push or not is just blatant. There are many wrestlers for whom talent speaks for themselves. A great way of tackling this problem is wrestling and not trash talk and the inverted W for a talk show.
