Yes, some of them are really good. Some of them have done wonders for the company and while some of them are just fit for indie wrestling alone. WWE has tried to sign every major name in the wrestling industry, while indie promotions have been ALL IN by trying different ways to sell their talent to the public.

WWE has a crowded roster and signing every established and experienced indie talent is a flaw for the wrestlers who have actually grown from WWE's developmental centers. And often, because of the already crowded rosters, indie wrestlers find it hard to get big in the WWE universe.
