At 9th is Shawn Michaels. Michaels made his PPV debut in 1988. The year had just 3 PPV events: WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Survivor Series. Michaels, then part of The Rockers with Marty Jannetty, was part of the second annual Survivor Series event. He was part of a 10 on 10 Survivor Series tag team elimination match.
