Ronda Rousey had a rather dominating Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) career that led her to the top of UFC. Rousey then turned her attention to the world of pro wrestling and managed to take WWE by storm. Speaking to Fortune, Rousey told the WWE Universe about her favourite band:
“Sublime is always my favorite band, but I've been particularly obsessed with listening to Diamond Rings lately.”
The Ska Punk band Sublime was formed back in 1988 and has been Rousey’s favourite for a long time. Along with that, the WWE Superstar also listens to John O'Regan who performs under the stage name Diamond Rings.
#9 Alexa Bliss loves Bowling for Soup, Aerosmith, Panic! At The Disco, My Chemical Romance, and Simple Plan
The Goddess of WWE, Alexa Bliss, is another WWE Superstar who has a rather diverse taste in music.
Bliss named several bands who she’s into, claiming that she loves Aerosmith the most:
“I’m still a sucker for my middle school phase like Panic! At The Disco, Bowling For Soup, My Chemical Romance, Simple Plan, Starset. And Aerosmith, I love Aerosmith.”
It doesn’t just end there, as Bowling for Soup recently released a song titled “Alexa Bliss” with a music video starring none other than The Goddess herself.
“Oh my gosh, it’s amazing! It’s definitely my childhood – and my life’s – dream come true. It’s so, so cool. Bowling For Soup are my favourite band. They were the first concert that I ever went to, and the last one I saw at home, literally the day before I moved to Tampa to go into WWE developmental! Also, if you listen to the lyrics, I think they strike the perfect balance between Alexa Bliss and (Alexa’s real life alter-ego) Alexis Kaufman.”
