WWE WrestleMania 34: Preview, Match card, Analysis & Predictions

We're just about 34 hours from WrestleMania as of writing this article and we have one of the most stacked WrestleMania cards ever in front of us. There will be a mind-boggling nine title matches tomorrow as well as two battle royales.

Without further ado, let's get to the predictions. We have 14 matches to get through.

Pre-Show

Mustafa Ali vs Cedric Alexander (for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship)

It's been a long road for both the men who will meet in the final of the Cruiserweight Tournament, but it's been longer for Cedric. Cedric was #1 contender when Enzo got released but he fought his way to win a shot at the title once again.

Both men have a similar style so it will be interesting to see who comes out on top. I expect them to tear the house down. It's a pity this match couldn't make it to the main card. These guys deserved that spot.

As far as the predictions go, I'm going to say Mustafa Ali wins this one, simply because he's been on a hot streak of late.

PREDICTION: Mustafa Ali def. Cedric Alexander

Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royale

The two Battle Royale are probably the two hardest matches to call because we don't have a full list of entrants. A number of top guys are in this match including Baron Corbin, Matt Hardy, Kane and The Revival who have said they'll become the first tag-team to win it.

We can also expect a number of returns at the ATGMBR including Big Cass and Samoa Joe.

PREDICTION: Samoa Joe or Big Cass

WrestleMania Women's Battle Royale

A number of women from NXT will take part in this match, as will a number of main-roster ladies including Sasha Banks, Bayley, Naomi and Becky Lynch.

Sasha Banks and Bayley's storyline has been heavily featured going into this match so I expect one of them to win. Personally, I'd love Becky to win it.

PREDICTION: Sasha Banks or Bayley

Main Card

Randy Orton (C) vs Rusev vs Bobby Roode vs Jinder Mahal (for the US Championship)

Originally meant to be a triple threat match, Rusev was added to the match last week after pinning Randy Orton on SmackDown. Rumours recently suggested that RUsev was added to the match after asking for his release from WWE, unhappy with the way he was being used. Rusev's addition to the match was reportedly booked to give him a push to pacify him.

Personally, I want Rusev to win the title, four years after losing it to John Cena at WrestleMania? Who do I think will win? For some reason, I think it's going to be Jinder.

PREDICTION: Jinder Mahal wins

The Usos (C) vs The New Day vs Bludgeon Brothers (for the SmackDown Tag-Team Championships)

The New Day and The Usos have put on some classics in recent months and the addition of the Bludgeon Brothers to the equation is a recipe for chaos. The Bludgeon Brothers have been unstoppable so far and recently laid out both these two teams.

PREDICTION: Bludgeon Brothers

The Bar (C) vs Braun Strowman and *Mystery Partner* (for the RAW Tag-Team Championships)

Since Strowman single-handedly won the #1 contender's battle royale, the big question has been - who will Braun's partner end up being?

Cesaro and Sheamus have their backs against the wall heading into this and don't see them winning.

The most likely option at this point seems to be Bray Wyatt although names like Rey Mysterio and Bobby Lashley have also done the rounds. The returning Big Show has also been mentioned as a possibility.

PREDICTION: Braun Strowman and *Mystery Partner* def. The Bar

Alexa Bliss (C) vs Nia Jax (for the RAW Women's Championship)

The bullying storyline between Bliss and Jax has taken flak from a section of WWE's fanbase but there's no reason why the match between them won't be great.

Bliss will probably have help from Mickie James, which Nia will have to overcome. However, Nia does go into this with the power and strength advantage and I don't see her losing.

However, another prediction I'll make, and this one is a little out there, is that Carmella will switch brands and cash-in on Nia after she wins.

PREDICTION: Nia Jax wins, Carmella cashes-in on Nia

The Miz (C) vs Finn Balor vs Seth Rollins (for the WWE Intercontinental Championship)

The Miz is just days away from breaking Pedro Morales' record as the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion of all time. However, in order to retain his title, Miz will have his work cut out for him.

Miz will go up against two of the most talented wrestlers on the RAW roster, Seth Rollins and Finn Balor. Both men have a point to prove and will have their sights set on Miz's title.

I'll go for a Finn Balor win on this one.

PREDICTION: Finn Balor def. The Miz and Seth Rollins

John Cena vs Undertaker (?)

Will this match even happen? That's the biggest question I have right now. Despite John Cena's build for the match, the single-handed build may I add, it looks like this may just end up being a segment between the two men.

Some are saying that the seeds have been laid out for a return for The Undertaker as the American Badass but I find that pretty unlikely. My prediction for this one will end up being a segment and Taker will hit Cena with a Tombstone.

PREDICTION: Just a segment between Cena and Taker

Charlotte (C) vs Asuka (for the SmackDown Women's Championship)

If anyone in WWE can pin Asuka and end the streak, it's Charlotte. Charlotte vs Asuka is a match that fans have been waiting for a long time and it's one of the matches I'm personally looking forward to the mist.

Asuka hasn't been pinned since she signed with WWE while The Queen has been one of the most dominant female Superstars in the Women's Division for the last couple of years.

I expect Asuka to win this match. The only way Asuka doesn't win is if Carmella cashes in before Asuka pins Charlotte.

PREDICTION: Asuka def. Charlotte

Ronda Rousey and Kurt Angle vs Stephanie McMahon and Triple H

As strange as the storyline for Ronda Rousey's in-ring debut has been, I'm still looking forward to this match. Ronda is a world class athlete and I'm really interested in seeing how she transitions to pro wrestling. If it's anything like her friend Shayna Baszler's transition, we'll be in for a treat.

The storyline going into this one has seen Ronda and Angle battle WWE's power couple. Angle revealed how Stephanie and Triple H only signed Ronda to avenge her for the humiliation she had caused them at WrestleMania 31. This led to Ronda wanting Stephanie as her first opponent, which Angle later turned into a tag-team match because he has unfinished business with 'The Game'.

There's no way that Ronda and Kurt don't win this.

PREDICTION: Ronda Rousey makes Stephanie McMahon tap out

Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon vs Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn

Daniel Bryan is finally making his long-awaited return to the ring. He teams up with SmackDown commissioner Shane McMahon to face Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn who were fired by Daniel Bryan after a vicious attack on McMahon.

If KO and Sami win tomorrow, they will get reinstated. If not, they remain fired.

In my opinion, this could go either of 2 ways. Bryan and Shane could beat KO and Zayn, with them moving over to RAW during the upcoming Superstar Shake-up. Or, Shane could turn on Daniel Bryan, leading for Daniel, Owens and Zayn to form some kind of alliance. If I had to choose one as more likely, I'll go with the former.

PREDICTION: Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon def. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn

AJ Styles (C) vs Shinsuke Nakamura (for the WWE Championship)

WWE Champion AJ Styles faces 2018 Royal Rumble winner Shinsuke Nakamura in a true dream match. Styles have Nakamura have faced off once before in New Japan at Wrestle Kingdom 10 over the IWGP Intercontinental Championship. Nakamura won on that occasion and looks supremely confident going into Mania, promising "knee to face".

Styles will look for revenge tomorrow and make it 1 - 1 between the two. Nakamura and Styles will definitely tear the house down in NOLA but who will leave with the title? I'm going with a win for Shinsuke Nakamura.

PREDICTION: Shinsuke Nakamura def. AJ Styles

Brock Lesnar (C) vs Roman Reigns (for the Universal Championship)

In a match that has been in the making since Seth Rollins cashed-in his MITB briefcase at WrestleMania 31, Roman Reigns looks to win the WWE Universal Championship for the first time.

The build going into this match has actually been really good and the WWE have played off rumours that Brock could leave WWE after WrestleMania.

Will Reigns be able to kick out of the F5? Yeah, definitely. As far as the prediction goes, we all know Reigns will win right? The bigger question is whether this will be the last match of Brock Lesnar's current WWE run.

PREDICTION: Roman Reigns def. Brock Lesnar
