#4. Older: WWE RAW Superstar Shayna Baszler (40)

Shayna Baszler has become one of the most dominant female wrestlers in WWE since making her debut for the company as part of The Mae Young Classic back in 2017.

Baszler is already a former NXT Women's Champion but many fans are unaware that The Queen of Spades had some wrestling experience before joining WWE. Baszler worked for Ring of Honor and Stardom back in 2015 before making her WWE debut a few years later.

Baszler has also spent much of her life training and performing in MMA, a career that began for Baszler back in 2006. Unlike many female wrestlers, she was unable to step into a career in the wrestling business earlier on, which is why she is currently one of the oldest female wrestlers in the company at 40 years old.

Baszler only recently turned 40, but The Submission Magician is in fantastic shape. Given her physical condition, Baszler could easily be a mainstay on WWE's main roster for a long time to come.
