The second favorite is The Best In The World, CM Punk. I know it's a long shot and many people will probably comment that Punk works for FOX, not for WWE. But please hear me out.
He is an extremely admired Superstar and even Vince McMahon knows that. WWE wants to get as many eyeballs on the product as possible during the WrestleMania season and they know that Punk has the star power to draw in old as well as new fans. So, the company can definitely consider him as an option for winning the Royal Rumble.
As for Punk, he has reconnected himself with the pro wrestling community (and WWE) by being a member of WWE Backstage. So, if the company offers him a good deal (which they probably will), it will be enough to get him to return to the ring for one final run.
It is a win-win situation for both parties and is what makes Punk one of the favorites to win the Rumble.
