#2: Was Randy Orton supposed to be Aleister Black's original mystery opponent?

I actually love the fact that Cesaro has been getting a WWE push as a singles superstar lately.

This could be due to the fact that Paul Heyman has more creative control on RAW now, and aside from Cesaro, several other notable stars are getting a fresh chance too.

However, from a storyline perspective, it was quite apparent that Aleister Black's mystery opponent liked to play mind games, and one can't really think of Cesaro as the one to knock on a door, only to run away as part of a prank.

Therefore, Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt were the prime candidates to fulfil this role.

Randy Orton was supposedly facing Aleister Black during live events recently, but a report indicated that the 'Viper' suffered a neck injury around that period of time.

So even though it is quite refreshing to see Cesaro get back on track once again, let us not forget that Randy Orton could have been the one to knock on Aleister Black's door.

Bayley gives us a HUGE update on a top Superstar's upcoming return RIGHT HERE.
