We all thought Shawn Michaels had retired and was at peace, when suddenly last year, WWE threw in a big surprise and made Michaels return to the ring after an 8-year hiatus for a tag team match against the Brothers Of Destruction’ at Crown Jewel.

Now, the question is, did the WWE have a superstar of the stature of Michaels return for just one tag team match, and that too, at Crown Jewel?

Surely, the WWE must be having bigger plans for the legend.

In all probability, Michaels will be booked for a match at WrestleMania, and maybe, would be slated in for a match with the Undertaker this year.

The WWE needs to understand this - Michaels is well past his prime, and any more attempts to allow Michaels wrestle beyond WrestleMania 35 will only tarnish his legacy.

The WWE can book Michaels vs The Undertaker for WrestleMania 35, have Michaels retire The Deadman, returning the favor, and most importantly, have Michaels retire after WrestleMania 35.
