The Undertaker took WWE by storm this week when he made a shocking appearance on RAW. The Phenom showed up to rescue Roman Reigns, who was getting decimated by Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre.

Reigns was put in a two-on-one Handicap Match after the Big Dog beat the Scottish Psychopath at Stomping Grounds. After getting knocked out by a vicious Claymore Kick, Reigns was looking completely helpless. Shane McMahon was getting ready to deliver a Coast to Coast but the Undertaker's music hit. The Deadman was standing in front of Shane as the latter got Chokeslammed, moreover, McIntyre also ate a Big Boot from the Phenom.

Reigns and Undertaker will team up to face Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre at Extreme Rules. Since Undertaker will be part of Extreme Rules, we are likely to see him at SummerSlam, which is the biggest show of the summer.

Here we discuss three possible opponents for the Undertaker at SummerSlam.

#3 Drew McIntyre

It could be impressive
It could be impressive

Undertaker and Drew McIntyre will cross paths at Extreme Rules when the two men will face other in a Tag Team match. Considering the Undertaker has already entered this storyline, a match between McIntyre and Undertaker has a bright possibility at SummerSlam. A singles bout between the two Superstars could be an extraordinary battle.

McIntyre has been impressive after making his main roster return last year. The former NXT Champion has established himself as a top heel of the company. The Scottish Psychopath dismantled Kurt Angle, Dolph Ziggler, Baron Corbin and two members of the Shield before losing to Roman Reigns at Showcase of Immortals.

Though McIntyre lost the rematch at Stomping Grounds, he is still a force to reckon with. Regardless of the result, a match with Undertaker could elevate McIntyre's stature in WWE. Due to the Undertaker's age, he might not match McIntyre's agility in the squared circle but they could still deliver a decent match.

#2 Roman Reigns

A rematch?
A rematch?

When the Undertaker appeared to rescue Roman Reigns this week, it didn't make sense. The two men locked horns in the past and they had a memorable rivalry. The Big Dog pinned the Phenom at WrestleMania 33 which was the Undertaker's second WrestleMania loss. Apart from Brock Lesnar, Reigns was the only other man to defeat the legendary Superstar.

After Reigns pinned the Deadman two years ago, a large number of people thought the latter could hang up his boots as he left his wrestling attires in the squared circle. As a matter of fact, Reigns also claimed to retire the Deadman. However, Undertaker came back and he is currently a part-timer.

Though Undertaker and Reigns will be in the same team at Extreme Rules, we could see a twist. A heel turn of Undertaker could lead to a huge clash at SummerSlam. The Deadman will get a golden opportunity to avenge his previous loss.

#1 Goldberg

Undertaker's last match was a couple of weeks ago when he faced Goldberg at Super ShowDown. The two legendary Superstars locked horns first time in the ring and anticipation was sky-high. Unfortunately, the dream match turned into a disaster as the match had several botches.

Although the match didn't have a long build-up, it garnered the attention of the WWE Universe when the two men confronted each other on SmackDown Live. Due to their age, both men were slow in the ring. Goldberg was busted open at the beginning of the match. While Goldberg failed to deliver a proper Jackhammer, Undertaker also botched a Tombstone Piledriver which could have broken the neck of the former Universal Champion. The match had an unconventional finish as Goldberg got pinned after a Chokeslam.

The two Superstars could rectify their mistakes if they lock horns at SummerSlam in a rematch. Considering the hype of their Super ShowDown bout, the company will not hesitate to book a rematch. Goldberg will be aiming to take redemption of the loss in Saudi Arabia if he faces Undertaker at SummerSlam.
