3 possible opponents for the Undertaker at the next Saudi Arabia show

WWE is returning to Saudi Arabia after eight months, as a new show will be held next month. The company signed a ten-year deal with the sports authority of Saudi Arabia, and shows will be hosted every year.

As part of the deal, the company hosted two shows in Saudi Arabia last year when the Greatest Royal Rumble was held in April, and Crown Jewel took place in November.

Vince McMahon's billion dollar company has not decided the name of the show which will be held on June 7, 2019. The event will take place at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah. With the titanic capacity of the stadium, it is expected to be a blockbuster show.

Several big names are advertised for the show, and we saw a similar scenario in the past when the company held two shows in the Middle East. The most notable name is Goldberg, as the former Universal Champion will make his return to the squared circle after two years. It will also feature The Undertaker, Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Kofi Kingston, AJ Styles, and many more.

The Undertaker did not compete at the Showcase of Immortals this year, but he appeared on the RAW after WrestleMania 35. The elation will be sky-high when the Phenom graces the ring next month. Here we discuss three possible opponents for Undertaker at the Saudi Arabia event.

#3 Elias

Will we see this?
Will we see this?

Elias could be an unpopular choice here, but he could face the Phenom in Saudi Arabia. Undertaker skipped the Show of Shows, but he interrupted the Drifter on the RAW after WrestleMania 35. Undertaker attacked Elias in the squared circle, and it probably gave us a hint of a match in Saudi Arabia.

Elias is currently having a feud with Roman Reigns, as both men switched brands at Superstar Shake-up this year. The two men will square off at Money in the Bank, but they are not likely to extend the feud if Elias faces Undertaker in Saudi Arabia.

Undertaker tussled with Rusev at the Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia last year, and it would not be surprising if the former faces another mid-carder. Elias might not beat the Phenom, but he could lift his stature if he shares the ring with the former WWE Champion.

#2 AJ Styles

The Phenomenal One
The Phenomenal One

AJ Styles could be a great choice, and they could tear the house down next month. Styles had a stupendous match at the Grandest Stage of Them All where he pinned Randy Orton.

The Phenomenal One is scheduled to challenge the Universal Champion, Seth Rollins, at Money in the Bank. It will be interesting to see if the most coveted prize of the red brand changes hands at Money in the Bank next month. In my humble opinion, Rollins will retain the belt, as it will be his first proper title defense since the Showcase of Immortals.

Styles is considered one of the greatest performers of the current generation, if not the greatest. The Phenomenal One has taken WWE by storm, arriving the company three years ago. Besides winning the US Championship twice, he also won the WWE World Championship twice, and he was a pivotal name on SmackDown Live.

Vince McMahon's billion dollar company could promote the match as The Phenom vs The Phenomenal One. Considering the stature of the two men, it could be an awe-inspiring bout. A victory against the Deadman could help propel Styles on the red brand

#1 Goldberg

It should be money
It should be money

The excitement will be sky-high when Goldberg returns to the squared circle next month. The former WCW Champion's last WWE match was at WrestleMania 33 where he locked horns with Brock Lesnar. Goldberg lost the Universal Championship to the Beast Incarnate. Considering his last run in WWE, he is still competent enough to provide stellar matches.

Goldberg needs no introduction, and he is one of the biggest names to set foot in the squared circle. With his gigantic appearance, he was a dominating name in his prime. Apart from winning the WCW World Heavyweight title, he also won the World Heavyweight title and the Universal title in WWE.

A match between Goldberg and Undertaker will be a dream match for a majority of the fans. Despite being in the same company, they never crossed paths in the past. Both men have a colossal legacy, and this match could be a huge draw in Saudi Arabia.

Goldberg's matches are generally short, but they are always entertaining. Although both men are in the twilight of their careers, the dream match could become a reality in Saudi Arabia.
