It's official, Jonathan David Good a.k.a Dean Ambrose has decided to leave the WWE and he was given a farewell by his Shield brothers, Seth and Rollins and Roman Reigns on Monday Night Raw (8th April 2019) after WrestleMania 35.

This comes as a huge blow to all Ambrose' fans as they might not see their beloved Lunatic Fringe for some time in the WWE.

Dean Ambrose didn't have the best of times in the last couple of months at WWE as he was mostly used to make part-time appearances and take beat downs from several superstars. To be fair, since his return from injury, he has clearly not been at his best.

The Lunatic Fringe decided not to renew his contract with WWE in January and there have been many speculations about what would have made Ambrose decide to leave the company.

So, in this slideshow, we describe the three reasons why Dean Ambrose should have stayed in the WWE.

#3 He has the ability to make it to the top of the WWE tree

One of the biggest reasons why Dean Ambrose is leaving WWE is the fact that he has been involved in lackluster feuds in the past few months and the WWE creative hasn't really found what to do with the Lunatic Fringe since his return from injury.

But that doesn't mean Ambrose should have quit WWE as patience is the key to this business. Take Kofi Kingston and Jinder Mahal as examples, they worked hard and were very patient, and they got what they deserved.

The Lunatic Fringe might not have been getting what he wanted with the WWE in the recent months, but that didn't mean he would have never got what he wanted. One good feud of Dean Ambrose could have led to the momentum that he would have needed to push up that WWE tree, but for that, he had to be patient.

#2 Ambrose should have rather switched brands than leave WWE

Its no secret that Ambrose wasn't liking what the WWE creative was making him do and to be honest, since his switch from SmackDown Live to Raw, the Lunatic Fringe wasn't the same and he just couldn't manage to get the WWE Universe on his side.

So, rather than leaving WWE, Ambrose should have considered switching brands as the best of feuds of Dean Ambrose came when he was in the blue brand. That feud with AJ Styles stands out and his reign with the WWE Championship was one of the best at that time.

SmackDown Live was even considered a better show than Raw when Dean Ambrose was the face of the blue brand. Also, having a superstar like Ambrose could have made SmackDown a much better place and we could have possibly seen him in better storylines and feuds which is definitely what Ambrose wanted.

#1 Dean Ambrose is a superstar who should wrestle with the best in the world

The most precious thing that Dean Ambrose has earned through his hard work at WWE is fans and all of his fans want to see him wrestle with the best in the world and that could have only happened if he decided to stay in the WWE as the best of wrestlers compete here.

There were so many dream feuds involving Dean Ambrose which the WWE Universe might never be able to see again and that makes all the wrestling fans sick to the stomach.

Ambrose was one of the best wrestlers in the WWE and was responsible for giving wrestling fans 7 years of brilliant entertainment, but he has made the decision to leave WWE which really hurts.

The Lunatic Fringe will be dearly missed by the WWE Universe and there might still be a slight possibility of him staying, but that little light is also fading away with each passing day.
