American Ninja Warrior is not an easy obstacle course. It takes years of training to cross the entire obstacle arena and climb the 14-feet-long warped wall. Her body structure serves as a disadvantage rather than an advantage because she is only 5-feet tall. To successfully complete every obstacle, you need years of intense training. Several participants who are over 6 feet find it hard to successfully complete the entire obstacle course.
But, Catanzaro who is five feet tall completed the entire course and became the first woman to complete the Ninja Warrior course. She made history when she completed the warped wall which is considered the hardest obstacle in the entire course.
