#2. A solid mid-card bout
Ardent followers of the company may agree that WWE Creative isn’t giving much attention to the mid-card these days. Many tune into RAW for its beginning and end, but have the tendency to skip the middle. A dearth of captivating storylines is a major concern, but things could soon change with Lashley and Rusev’s rivalry, as the two immensely talented Superstars will undoubtedly strengthen the lackluster mid-card division.
Lana's involvement adds flair to this intensifying feud and gives the mid-card some much needed storyline fodder. What better storyline than a scorned broken-hearted lover fighting for a chance at revenge against the man that stole the love of his life?
WWE is blessed with an array of compelling feuds in the main event picture. Looking at Rusev and Lashley's status within the company, there seems to be no room at the top of the card and that is OK. These two Superstars are more than capable of reviving an all too often forgotten mid-card.
